Today I played around a little with the focus points. I didn't spend a lot of time with my camera today becuase we had a pretty busy night planned. Regardless, here are some pictures I took, they are all in the same area just focused on different things.
Today I went to the Train Depot after work. It was super cold and windy so I didn't stay too long but still got some pictures taken. Today I tried to play around with aperture.....still so new to this. All I did was move the dial around and sometimes it made the pictures black and sometimes it didn't. I really hope in like a year from now I look back at this and laugh.....like I'm sure any remotely experienced photographers are doing now :)
It has been a dream of mine for awhile to become a good photographer. My husband made that possible for me tonight when he came home with a Nikon D5000!!!! My first SLR camera, and I couldn't be happier!!!!! Here are some pictures from my first day....granted I got my camera around 9:00pm and it took an hour and forty minutes to charge....there is only inside pictures. For everyone's information this is the very first time I have actually taken pictures with an SLR camera so know that when critizing. I do still want everyone's input so feel free to tell me what you think!!!
